Capability-based memory protection that runs your existing code

Zeno-Guard™ (BGAS-Zeno) is a capability-based secure architecture providing strong memory protection that supports existing binaries, uses namespace semantics for isolation, and enables capability sharing across nodes. It uses a 128-bit extended address with access-control namespace metadata.

Memory vulnerabilities remain a top issue for modern computing; a key advantage of the capability model is compatibility with existing code-bases.

Key capabilities

Capability micro-architecture (128-bit)

A 128-bit extended address carries access-control namespace metadata for hardware-enforced memory safety.

Namespace-based isolation

Namespace semantics provide strong isolation between components without rewriting application code.

Cross-node capability sharing

Capabilities can be shared across nodes, extending memory protection guarantees to multi-node systems.

Zeno-LLVM compiler and capability-aware microkernel

A Zeno-LLVM compiler and capability-aware microkernel complete the stack from toolchain to runtime.

Addressing the memory-safety problem

Memory vulnerabilities remain a top issue for modern computing. Zeno-Guard™ tackles this at the architecture level with a capability model whose key advantage is compatibility with existing code-bases, so organizations gain strong memory protection while continuing to run existing binaries across multi-node deployments.
